HOW IT ALL STARTED...
My journey to pregnancy
In January 2022, I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) after coming off the combined pill the year before. I’ll never forget sitting in that doctor’s office, being told my only options were to go back on the pill or start medication for Type 2 Diabetes. Deep down, I knew there had to be another way.
That moment sparked my journey to take charge of my own health. I immersed myself in learning everything I could about female hormones, fertility, and the power of nourishment and balance. Slowly, I brought my body back into harmony, and my cycles became regular, predictable, and manageable.
When my husband and I decided we wanted to start a family in 2024, I poured my heart into researching the best fertility-supporting protocols and completed my qualification to become a Certified Health Coach. In August 2024, we saw those incredible two blue lines, and our beautiful baby boy arrived in May 2025.
Now, I’m here to help other women do the same — to make sense of their hormones, find confidence in their bodies, and experience the peace that comes from truly understanding their fertility. You deserve to feel empowered and supported on your journey to those two blue lines.
